B elakangan ini banyak orang besar yang satu satu meninggalkan kita. Orang-orang besar yang meninggalkan banyak karya hebat yang meninggalkan kesan bukan hanya di otak tetapi juga di hati.
J adi teringat pada satu sosok yang saya pikir selalu tersenyum. Walau mungkin sebenarnya beliau tidak bermaksud seperti itu, entah kenapa saya tidak pernah melihat sirat marah, dengki atau hal-hal negatif lainnya dari wajah bapak beranak 4, yang 2 diantaranya kembar ini. Sebagai seniman, pemilik nama asli Chrismansyah Rahardi ini memiliki prestasi di bidang musik yang bisa dibilang melegenda di negeri ini. Karya-karyanya selalu mendapat antusiasme yang tinggi khususnya dari para penggemar, ataupun dari masyarakat luas. Berpuluh-puluh lagu menarik perhatian dan berbekas lama di ingatan.
P enyanyi yang tanggal 16 September 2009 nanti ini kiranya genap berusia 60 tahun, di awal karirnya beberapa kali berganti band, antara lain band Sabda Nada (1968), yang kemudian berubah menjadi band Gypsy (1969), disusul dengan bergabung dalam band The Pro?s (1972), setelah itu beliau memilih berkarir solo. Sampai pada tahun 1977 beliau berhasil memenangkan Lomba Karya Cipta Lagu Remaja Prambors, dan sekaligus mempopulerkan lagu Lilin Lilin Kecil. Sejak itu beliau menelurkan deretan lagu yang berulang kali menjadi hits. Semisal lagu Badai Pasti Berlalu, Sabda Alam, Aku Cinta Dia
S aya masih ingat dengan jelas, bagaimana 22 tahun lalu saya berlatih menari modern untuk perpisahan TK menggunakan salah satu lagu beliau dan dengan sukses mendapatkan pujian dari para guru dan orangtua teman-teman .. Hip Hip Hura Hura. Lagu yang ceria, walau dengan musikal yang sederhana.
